The next dumbest movie since Napoleon Dynamite

Strengths: David Spade,Rob Schneider and Jon Heder were the goofiest cast I've ever seen but it was the funniest movie ever.

Weakness: none

David Spade's brother in the movie,Howie,is the funniest person in that whole movie because he eats sunblock and is scared to come out of the house so when the Girl Scouts come he attacks them with a plastic sword and runs back inside and gets back in his closet.
